Jay Gillespie, PA-C

Jay Gillespie, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with more than five years of experience providing patient-centered care in urgent care, primary care, preventive medicine, and rural community health settings. Jay earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Grand Valley State University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University. He is nationally certified through the NCCPA, licensed in Michigan, and maintains Basic Life Support certification. He is also a certified DOT medical examiner and has completed Medical Assisted Treatment training.

Gillespie joined Family Health Care in 2026.
